NEW OWNERS FOR ARTHUR T

02.12.2022

Our homebred Arthur has left on to a new foreign adventure.

Arthur was born at our stable and was presented at the NRPS stallion selection where he was licensed. When he was 3 year old he moved over to Protea Stables to start up his training and in preparation of his tests under the saddle for NRPS. He aced his test perfectly and got to enjoy some well deserved rest after. Last summer Arthur made his appearance on the show grounds and prooved to be a very trustworthy partner in the ring.

Arthur will move to Slovakia and we wish his new owners and rider a lot success with this handsome boy.

TOMMELBERG-HORSES AT PEELBERGEN PRO TOUR

20.11.2022

This weekend no less than 3 horses of our stable competed at the Peelbergen Pro Tour under the saddle of Protea Stables’ Paige Jacobs.

For 4yo Arthur (Andiamo) it was his first indoor after a few months of rest. Our young stallion did a perfect job by jumping 2/2 clears.

5yo Rihanna (I'm Special de Muze) had a very busy year ! Last year in November she was broken in and right now she’s jumping the 5yo-classes double clear with a placing. Still some working points for this fiery chestnut but the progress is real!

Another 5yo back in the showring is Reginald (Malitto). He enjoyed some very well deserved time-off after jumping the World Breeding Championships in Zangerheide and made his comeback with a bang! Jumping 3/3 clears and being placed twice this boy proved to be in excellent shape.

REGINALD AT THE CHAMPIONSHIPS

24.09.2022

We have some catching up to do regarding Reginald’s results because he didn’t only compete at the Belgian Championship in Gesves, he went straight through to the World Championship in Lanaken.

First the results from Gesves where it was only a minor timefault in the first qualifier that kept this beauty out of the finals! In the second qualifier he jumped a perfect clear round straight out of the books.

Flash forward to the end of September where Paige Jacobs took over the reins and showed Reginald directly to the whole wide world at the World Breeding Championship in Zangersheide. As expected the courses were build more technical, bigger and more delicate then ever. Reginald stood his ground and ended with one fault in the first qualifier, 2 faults in the second qualifier and again one fault in the consolation class. We are very proud for the way he showed himself and the way he picked up all these new experiences.

He will now get some well deserved time-off.

OLALA ALL CLEAR IN CLUNY

11.07.2022

One of our breeding references really jumped impressive in Cluny (France). Olala kept all rails up during her 3 days of competition and even topped it of with a fourth place on the final 140 GP.

Olala is by Andiamo out of our Cornet Obolensky mare Cela Vita. The full sister of Olala, Grabiella is also used in our breedingprogram and in the coming winter a full brother, now 3yo, will start his career under the saddle.

Reginald T (Malitto), born at our stable out of Hamira de Laubry, made his international debut today. With rider Robin Van Thillo he competed in the CSIYH1* - 5yo in Bonheiden.

BWP STALLION SELECTION

15.01.2022

One of our breedingsproducts, Thor T, took part in the BWP Stallion Approval - fase 2 from 13 till 15 January. A first selection was made after the second day based on the exterior inspection, movements and freejumping. Thor managed to convince the jury and was passed through to the next selection.

On the third day the candidate breeding stallion again had to show their abilities during a freejump session. Thor went through the lines without any effort showing off his power and flexibility.

Unfortanutelly he wasn’t hold back fort he third fase. Nevertheless we are very proud on this young boy and the potential he showed representing our breeding.

APPROVED

07.01.2022

We started the new year with a bang ! Yesterday our homebred stallion, Arthur T (Andiamo), got himself officially approved for studbook NRPS.

Under the saddle of his permanent rider, Robin Van Thillo of Protea Stables, he took his final exam and passed it with flying colors. Arthur T scored with his balance (8), gallop (7,5) and willingness to work and perform (7,5) and was measured 1,68m.

Our black beauty will now get a few weeks of well deserved time off. In the summer we hope to prepare him further for a promising career.

Next week we will keep our fingers crossed for another stallionreference coming from our stable : 3yo Thor T (Naxcel) will be presented at the BWP stallion selection.
